|  | Ingredients | Onion, Lemongrass, Chilli, Spices, Ginger, Sugar, Galangal, Salt & Edible Oil (Palm oil). | Cooking Instruction | 1) 1 packet MAK NYONYA Instant Rendang Sauce, chicken or meat 1.2 kg, Instruction water 300ml (1 1/2 cups), coconut milk 300ml & pre-fried coconut shreds 100gm. 2) Fry chicken or meat & MAK NYONYA sauce over low heat until aromatic, add water & coconut milk to simmer until chicken or meat is tender and gravy become thicker. Lastly add in the coconut shreds. (Approx: 40 minutes) | |
