This is a packet of 120gm Delimas Premix Sambal Tumis Stir Fry Sauce (serves3-4 persons). This can be used in many different ways. For example, it is ready to serve as sambal for nasi lemak, as cooking sauce for squids and prawns or as cooking sauce for stir fry vegetables. Can also be cooked in microwave. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1 packet sauce with 50ml water. Put in 300gm squids or prawns, 1 onion (sliced) and 1 tomato (cubed). Cover and put to medium for approximately 5 minutes. Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Chilli, Onion, Garlic, Tamarind, Shrimp Paste, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (monosodium glutamate E621), Salt, Permitted Preservative (sodium benzoic E211).
