This is a packet of 120gm Delimas Premix Chicken Curry Paste (serves3-4 persons). Cooking Instructions: Mix 1 packet of Delimas Chicken Curry Paste with 900gm chicken and 1 potato (cubed) to fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add 100ml water to simmer for 15 minutes till meat and potatoes are cooked. Add 100ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to a quick boil. Serve hot. Can also be cooked in microwave. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1 packet paste with 100ml water and 100ml coconut milk. Mix in 900gm Chicken pieces and 100gm cubed potatoes. Cover and cook on high for 20 minutes or until chicken and potatoes are soft. Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Onion, Garlic, Chilli, Galangal, Lemon Grass, Tumeric, Coriander, Fennel, Cumin, Flavour Enhancer (monosodium glutamate E621), Salt, Sugar.
