| This is a packet of 120gm Delimas Premix Prawn Noodle Paste (serves3-4 persons). Cooking Instructions: Mix 1 packet of Delimas Prawn Noodle Paste with 900ml water. Bring to boil to make stock. Blanch 360gm cooked noodles, some bean sprouts and green vegetable, place evenly into 4 bowls. Garnish with 1/4 hard boiled egg, cooked prawns and slices of meat/chicken. Pour boiling stock onto noodles. Sprinkle on some fried shallots and spring onion. Serve hot. Can also be cooked in microwave. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1 packet paste with 900ml water. Put in some prawns and thin slices of meat/chicken. Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes. Add 360 gm cooked noodle, some bean sprouts and green vegetables. Cook for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle on some fried shallots and spring onion. Serve hot. Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Onion, Shrimps, Chilli, Galangal, Garlic, Lemon Grass, Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (monosodium glutamate E621).
