This is a packet of 120gm Delimas Premix Assam Fish Paste (serves3-4 persons). Cooking Instructions: Mix 1 packet of Delimas Assam Fish Paste with 180ml water. Bring to boil. Put in 300gm fish (or other seafood), cover lid to simmer under medium low fire for 10 to 12 minutes.Add 4 lady's fingers (okra) and 1 tomato (cut to preferred size) to cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot. Can also be cooked in microwave. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1 packet paste with 150ml water. Add in 300gm fish, cover and cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Add in 4 lady 's fingers (okra), 1 tomato (cubed) and a few cubes of carrot. Cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot. Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Onion, Galangal, Lemon Grass, Chilli, Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Tamarind, Ginger Flower, Ginger, Tumeric, Acidity regulator (citric acid E330), Kaffir Lime Leaf, Sodium Benzoate (E211).
