| This is a packet of 120gm Delimas Premix Tom Yam Paste (serves3-4 persons). Cooking Instructions: Mix 1 packet of Delimas Tom Yam Paste with 400ml water. Bring to boil. Put in 200gm squid, 100gm medium sized prawns, 1 tomato (cubed), 60gm abalone mushroom, 60gm baby corn, 3 cili padi (optional). Bring to boil and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Add in some coriander leaves. Serve hot. Can also be cooked in microwave. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1 packet paste with 350ml water. Add in 200gm squid, 100gm prawns, 1 cubed tomato, 60gm each of abalone mushroom and baby corn and 3 cili padi (optional). Cover and cook on high for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Onion, Garlic, Galangal, Lemon Grass, Ginger, Tumeric, Ginger Flower, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Chilli, Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Acidity regulator (citric acid E330), Lemon Juice.
