The approximate diameter of each ball is about 3cm. Each tray can make 20 ice balls. Design of ice ball tray is as shown in picture. Each set/tray actually contains two pieces, the tray which forms the bottom half of the ball and the top cover which forms the top half of the ball. To use this tray, put some water/fruit juice in the tray below. Then cover it with the top cover. Put the mould into the refrigerator and after a few hours, when the ice is formed, remove the cover and the ice balls are formed. Trays are made of high grade nylon. It is also great for making mini ice popsicles for kids to play or hold in their little hands. Just stick a toothpick/bonbon to the ice balls.
