Old Ipoh White Coffee is essentially brewed with premium Liberica coffee beams, complemented by top-grade Arabica and Robusta coffee beans and ingredients such as non dairy creamer and natural cane. Using Malaysia's original traditional recipe, it is roasted in medium-low temperature with special technology to significantly eliminate caffeine and to avoid the bitter and astringent tastes resulting from the high temperature coal-roasting method. Thus, the bitterness, sourness and caffeine could be minimised, and at the same time, its original colour, aroma and wholesome nutrition are preserved without artificial flavourings. The freshly brewed white coffee is milky gold in colour with mellow mouth feel and delightful aroma. |
