Old Ipoh White Coffee with Hazelnut is essentially brewed with premium Arabica, Liberica and Robusta grade coffee beans with quality hazelnut extract using Malaysia's original traditional recipe. It is roasted in medium-low temperature with special technology to significantly eliminate caffeine and to avoid the bitter and astringent taste resulting from the high temperature coal-roasting method. Thus, the bitterness, sourness and caffeine could be eliminated, and at the same time, its original colour, aroma and wholesome nutrition are preserved without artificial flavourings. The freshly brewed white coffee is milky gold in colour with rich and creamy in taste, it leaves a tantalizing mouth feel. |
