Preparation : It's simple 1. 250ml - 300ml cold water with 2-3 tablespoon of Sunseeds powder . 2. Shake well or stir well and serve as nutritional meal replacement.
* DO NOT USE HOT WATER
Recommended : Mix with individual favourite beverages such as Milk, Soy Milk, Honey or Fruit Juices. Shake well or blend into smoothies.
