Product Description The CL 660 is a premium concealed fixing profile roll formed from high-tensile steel substrate protected with corrosion inhibitive treatment. A single sheet has an effective cover width of 660mm, with ribs height of 44mm spaced at 221.6mm between the three pans. The wide pans and high ribs of the CL 660 ensure excellent water discharge capacity for a minimum roof pitch of 1 degree. As this profile is installed using clips, the possibility of water leakage can be greatly minimized. Applications This product is highly recommended for applications from low pitched roofs to vertical or horizontal ribbed walling for exhibition halls, warehouses and shop offices. Materials Available - Clean Colorbond® Steel
- Zincalume® steel
- PrimaMajuTM steel
- Pre-painted Galvanised Iron (PPGI)

INSTALLATION METHOD The first sheet is positioned and then pressed over the fixing clip which must be accurately aligned and fixed to ensure a positive engagement between the roof sheet and the fixing straps. A ‘click’ indicates a positive lock. The second and subsequent sheets are laid each time after a new set of fixing clips have been placed firmly over the male rib of the preceding sheets. END LAP The CL660 can be manufactured to any required length. However, if circumstances and transport limitation do not permit one single continuous sheet, two or more shorter sheets can be end-lapped. The recommended minimum length of the end lap is 150mm.
