The ZT10 combines every credit card technology into one integrated system. The ZT10 has smart card encoding, magnetic stripe encoding, embossing, indenting and printing for logos or full colour photos. Reaching speeds of 600 cards per hour, the ZT10 is perfect for manufacturing personalized cards. It is designed to be able to link to Matica's card mailing system as well. EMBOSSING AND FRONT & REAR INDENTING IN ONE SINGLE STEP Making it one of the most versatile card issuance systems available, model ZT10 can perform embossing, front indent and rear indent, all in one single step. DUAL-SIDED MONOCHROME OR FULL-COLOUR PRINTING The ZT10 integrates a professional card printer particularly designed for monochrome and full-colour printing capability. Thanks to the two flip-over (one before and one after the printing module) printing front or reverse will not affect the production speed. The AdvanceClean® Card Cleaning System ensures that cards are free from dust and debris thus maximising the lifetime of the print head as well as print quality. MAGNETIC STRIPE ENCODING The ZT10 integrates an ISO 7811 magnetic stripe encoder. MiniCard® / MiniVisa® compress encoding is also available. SINGLE OR MULTI-CHIP SMART CARD The ZT10 can incorporate a single smart card contact or Matica’s new revolutionary Smart Card Personalization module which can simultaneously personalize up to 5 smart cards. EMV SMART CARD PERSONALISATION Matica cooperates with some of the largest smart card industry solution providers to offer complete EMV card personalisation solutions. RFID CARD The ZT10 can incorporate an RFID Mifare reader to read or personalize contact-less type of cards. TIPPER The ZT10 integrates the card tipper module for which a wide range of colours (black, gold, silver, blue, etc.) is available. MATICARD PRODUCTION SOFTWARE The MatiCard® Windows-based Card Design software provides user-friendly interface between the operator and the unit. FLOOR CABINET Model ZT10 is supplied as a freestanding floor unit incorporating a cabinet with storage capacity for cards and consumables as well as a support for an external monitor and keyboard. MAILER IN–LINE The ZT10 can be linked to the MS10 or MS20 mailing systems to provide a complete and secure full personalization process. |
