Pyrometro keeps accurate records of all its clientele instrument calibration. Our computerized certification system keeps a record of all calibration services. Pyrometro utilizes highly customized database tools to maintain equipment calibration and service recall data. Any mishap occurred to a certificate i.e. misplaced, torn etc, our customer support personnel can be contacted to provide you with a duplicate certificate. We provide several follow-up options for future service in assisting your calibration management. The options are as follows:
Paper or e-mail service reminder - one month’s notice before calibration due date
Recalls to main or multiple equipment custodians
Escalation / Late / Past due report
Customer log-in to search past report(s), record(s), calibration status
Our calibration services documentation and test report show calibration information such as the pre & post adjustment results, chart, guidelines on reading the certificate, possible uncertainties etc.
TRACEABILITY
All our calibration services traceability are guaranteed. Our primary and reference standards are regularly being verified by the National Metrology Laboratories which is in line with the MS ISO/IEC 17025 2005 requirements.
Our active participation in the Inter-Laboratory Comparison Organised by the Standards Malaysia further demonstrates the guarantee of our traceability to the SI units.
