TERMITE COLONY ELIMINATION PACKAGE
(TCE Package)

Terms and Conditions

Free termite inspection
a. Complimentary for 1st time.
b. Subsequent inspections will be charged. However, this amount shall be waived once Pest Service Agreement (PSA) is penned.
The package covers all subterranean termite species, excluding drywood termites and other wood borers. Different control methods will be proposed for species not covered such as Chemical Injection Treatment and Residual Treatment.
Baiting and Monitoring Station is the main mechanism of this package. Sky Pest’s Nemesis Termite Baiting System, an Australian Designed Technology will be used to eliminate the targeted termite colonies.
Property covered under this PSA includes wooden wall panels, floorings, roof trusses, window and door frames, built-in cabinets, patios, and pergolas which form part of the main building structure within the said property. This excludes wooden fences, wooden gates, plant structures, trees ornaments, garden shed, dog kennels, and any other structures that do not form part of the main building structure, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in the PSA additional terms and conditions.
In the event of any termite infestation occurring nearing the expiry of the current PSA and the estimated time to treat the infestation beyond the contract period, a renewal is necessitate for another 12 months.
Sky Pest reserves the right to terminate the treatment and the liability once the PSA expires.
Loyal customers renewing the PSA for subsequent years will enjoy a special Preventive Rates, subject to quotation.

MDEX.MY TERMS & CONDITION

Refund Policy
1.	In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated in your order form, BuyMalaysia.com shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question
2.	Buyers must return the said goods within 7 days of receipt of the products. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the products to BuyMalaysia.com.
3.	All approved returned products must be securely packed and wrapped.
4.	In an event of an ‘exchange’ and the buyer chose goods of a lesser monetary value, BuyMalaysia.com will not refund the difference
5.	Full refund will only be given in an event where stock is unavailable, no longer in produced or obsolete.

Processing of orders
1.	All orders are processed after payment is cleared and confirmed.
2.	All products displayed at BuyMalaysia.com are subject to stock availability. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers or we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is estimation. BuyMalaysia.com is not able to provide dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
3.	We aim to ship our orders within 24 hours after receiving them from our suppliers.
4.	BuyMalaysia.com will provide tracking numbers to your buyers via email.

Delivery (Within Malaysia)
1.	BuyMalaysia.com uses its logistic partners such as PosLaju, Kangaroo Services & AirPak to handle our shipments within Malaysia.
2.	For ready stock items, the estimated time of arrival of your goods will be between 7 – 14 working days. Otherwise, it will take between 14 - 21 working days.
3.	In an event when a product is out of stock, we will inform customer via telephone or email and will provide customer an alternative to wait for product availability. Customers may choose to wait or request for full refund.
4.	We do not undertake delivery during weekends and public holidays.
5.	BuyMalaysia.com is not responsible for delays that occur at destination due to postal strikes or natural disaster or any causes beyond its control.

Delivery (International)
1.	BuyMalaysia.com only ship to a limited number of countries. We do not ship to Israel and war torn countries.
2.	BuyMalaysia.com uses EMS or FEDEX to handle its international deliveries.
3.	BuyMalaysia.com will provide tracking number to customers via email.
