In 1997, TCL Resources Sdn Bhd (TCLR) was established to streamline the ongoing construction activities. The primary construction activities of TCLR then were mainly architectural works. Presently the core expertise of TCLR is in THERMAL AND ACOUSTIC INSULATION works using natural cellulose imported from the United States of America. TCLR provides the solution to home and building owners' never ending battle against heat, sound and fire.
The CELLULOSE INSULATION has brought cool relief to building owners, reducing not only their electricity bills and noise interference, but giving them added protection against the threat of fire and vermin.
